Access the CUSTOMERS tab and click on the ARROW icon.
Go to the LOYALTY option and click on CONFIGURE CUSTOMER LOYALTY SYSTEM.
Click on ACTIVATE POINTS-BASED LOYALTY SYSTEM.
Set the score required for the customer to obtain loyalty points.
Click on OK - F2 to save.
Done! 👍 You have activated the loyalty system on your Nex.
🌟 Tip: you can activate the proportional loyalty reward by clicking on POINTS PROPORTIONAL TO TOTAL SPENT.
