Access the CUSTOMERS tab and click on the ARROW icon.
Go to the LOYALTY option and click on CONFIGURE CUSTOMER LOYALTY SYSTEM.
Activate the option AUTOMATICALLY REWARD CUSTOMERS WITH CREDIT AMOUNT TO USE IN THE STORE.
Configure the accumulated points required for the customer to receive credit in the account and enter the credit amount.
Click on OK - F2 to save.
Done! 👍 You have activated the automatic loyalty points award system in your Nex.
🌟 Tip: you can activate the proportional loyalty award by clicking on PROPORTIONAL SCORE WHEN THE AMOUNT IS LESS THAN INDICATED ABOVE.
