How to correct a customer's loyalty points

  1. Go to the CUSTOMERS tab and select the customer whose loyalty points need to be adjusted.

  2. Click on the THREE DOTS (...) next to edit.

  3. Click on LOYALTY and then on CORRECT NUMBER OF LOYALTY POINTS.

  4. Make the adjustment by adding, removing or resetting the customer's loyalty points.

  5. Click on SAVE.

Done! 👍 You have corrected your customer's loyalty points.
