Access the CUSTOMERS tab and select the customer who will redeem a product with loyalty points.
Click on the THREE DOTS (...) next to edit.
Click on LOYALTY and then on REDEEM PRIZE PRODUCT.
Indicate the PRODUCT that will be redeemed in the sale.
Click on COMPLETE.
Done! 👍 The rewarded product was exchanged for your customer.
🌟 Tip: you can check the customer's total points in the columns for available points, accumulated points and redeemed points.
