Access the REGISTER menu.
Close the CURRENT REGISTER, if it is still open.
In the top menu, access the PREVIOUS REGISTER tab.
DOUBLE CLICK on the desired box or click on ENTER - F2.
Click on REOPEN REGISTER, in the bottom right corner.
Click on REOPEN.
Done! 👍 The old cash register has been reopened.
🌟 Tip: If your customer wants to return a product the correct process is to register the return through the Sales menu.
