☝Important: the printer must be installed and running on Windows so that you can print on the Nex.
If the cropping is on the sides of the printout, check the print model on the Nex. For the POS-58 and POS-80 printers, you must use 58mm and 80mm print models, respectively, and for the other printers, you must use 74mm print models.
If the cropping is at the end of the printout, try the following steps:
Open the CONTROL PANEL.
Right-click on the printer and select the PRINTER PROPERTIES option.
Click on PREFERENCES and then on ADVANCED.
In the paper size option, select the largest possible.
Click OK twice.
Click on ADVANCED and then on PRINTING DEFAULTS.
Click on ADVANCED.
In the paper size option, select the largest possible.
Click OK three times.
Done! 👍 After performing all the procedures, the print will not be cut at the end or on the sides.
