  1. Close NEX Admin and NEX Server completely.

  2. On your computer, go to the disk (C:) and locate the NEX folder.

  3. Select the NEX folder, right-click and go to Properties.

  4. Go to the Security tab.

  5. Click Edit, enable the Full Control permissions for all groups of users, and click on Apply and then OK.

  6. Go back to the General tab and uncheck the Read-Only option, then click Apply, select the option for all files in the folder and finally click OK.

Done! 👍 You have performed the configuration on the folders that generated that error.
