❗It is important that the Excel file must be in CSV format. (Comma-separated) and must not contain any internal formatting (Color, formulas, linked data).

  1. Open the NEX SERVER (red-house icon).

  2. Go to the IMPORT DATA option.

  3. Click on the IMPORT DATA button.

  4. In FILE, browse and select the Excel file on your computer.

  5. Select the type of information you want to import: products, customers or suppliers, and click on NEXT.

  6. Match the source fields 'FROM' and 'DESTINATION'.

  7. Click on NEXT.

  8. Check the configuration options you want and click on NEXT.

  9. The system will perform a backup, click on ACCEPT, then click on OK and wait for the process to finish, finally click on OK again.

  10. Once the procedure is completed, open the Nex Admin.

  11. Go to the STOCK tab, click on the ARROW icon then select TOOLS, and click on REPROCESS STOCK.

Done!👍 You have imported the data from Excel to Nex.
