It is important that the Excel file must be in CSV format. (Comma-separated) and must not contain any internal formatting (Color, formulas, linked data).
Go to your Nexerv and go to the 1. Database tab.
Select the Import Data option.
Click on the Import Data button.
In File, browse and select the Excel file on your computer.
Select the type of information you want to import from Products, Customers, Providers.
Match the source fields 'from' and 'destination'.
Click on Next.
Check the configuration options you want and click on Next.
The system will perform a backup, click on accept, then click on Ok and wait for the process to finish, finally click on Ok.
Once the Import procedure is completed, open your Nex Admin.
Go to the PRODUCTS tab, click on SHOW: ALL PRODUCTS then select TOOLS, and click on REPROCESS STOCK.
Done! You have imported the data from Excel to Nex.
