Error 500 usually occurs when opening the cash register. To fix this error, try the following steps:

  1. Open NEX SERVER.

  2. Click on COPY (BACKUP).

  3. Click on CREATE BACKUP.

  4. After completing the backup, access the CORRECT option.

  5. Click on RUN DATABASE CORRECTION.

Done! 👍 With the database correction, Error 500 should be fixed.
