Error 501 usually occurs when closing the cash register. To fix this error, try the following steps:
Open NEX SERVER and click on DATABASE.
Click on COPY (BACKUP).
Click on CREATE BACKUP.
After completing the backup, access the CORRECT option.
Click on RUN DATABASE CORRECTION.
Done! 👍 With the database correction, Error 501 should be fixed.
