Error 32 usually occurs when there is a third-party program using the Nex database files. For example, some antivirus programs try to access the files of programs running on your Windows, at the same time that these programs need to access them as well. This can cause errors when recording actions, since the files in which the information is recorded are in use, generating an error in the Nex database.

  1. Check if you have any of the following programs installed on your computer: Bytefence, Segurazzo, SAntivirus or RAVantivirus. If you identify any of these programs installed on your computer, uninstall them through the Control Panel.

  2. After uninstalling, restart your computer.

  3. Open Nex Server to check if the error has been fixed.

Done! 👍 By uninstalling these programs and restarting your computer, Error 32 should be fixed.
