How to adjust the customer's debt limit through the sales screen

If you are making a sale to your customer, and the DEBT LIMIT REACHED message appears, you can increase the limit for that customer by following the steps below.

  1. Click on the CUSTOMER's name that appears in the DEBT LIMIT REACHED message.

  2. On the new window opened, select the customer again and click on EDIT, in the upper right corner.

  3. Click on the CUSTOMER ACCOUNT icon on the left side of the screen.

  4. Select the option LIMIT AMOUNT FOR DEBT and insert the amount that the client will have as the debt limit.

  5. Click on SAVE (F2).

  6. Select your customer's name again (by doing it, you will return to the sales screen).

  7. Check the CUSTOMER NAME and click on OK.

  8. Click on SAVE (F2) to finalize the sale and assign it as a debt.

Done! 👍 The customer's debt limit has been changed by the sales screen.

🌟 Tip: you can change the default debt limit for all customers by clicking on the "change default limit" option on the debt option, within the customer register.
