Now making your online sales is even easier. By accessing your online catalog link, your customers can place orders according to the steps below:
Through your online catalog link, the customer will select what they want to purchase and click on ADD TO CART.
To edit the quantity of product purchases, he/she will click on the plus sign (+) to add or minus sign (-) to decrease the items.
After choosing all the products, your customer will click on the CART in the upper right corner of the screen. He/she will also be able to add an OBSERVATION.
To conclude, he/she will click PROCEED.
Your customer will be able to choose between IN-STORE PICKUP or DELIVERY to receive the products.
For the DELIVERY option, he/she must enter an address.
To conclude, your customer will enter his/her name, email and WhatsApp number so you can contact him/her.
At the end of the transaction, when your customer clicks on SEND ORDER, it will automatically go to your Nex PENDING ORDERS tab, on SALES menu.
You will have the option to accept or refuse the submitted order in your Nex.
Done! 👍 Your customer has placed an order through the online catalog.
🌟 Tip: your customer will receive a summary of the order by email and a PDF file. If you reject the order, he/she will also receive an email with that information.
