How to Deactivate and Reactivate a Customer from Nex's Sales App

  1. Access the CUSTOMERS screen by clicking on the second icon from the left corner in the bottom menu.

  2. Select the customer you want to make the change.

  3. Click on the icon (...) at the top of the screen.

  4. Select DEACTIVATE CLIENT.

  5. Click on SAVE.

Ready! 👍 You have deactivated the client. If you want to reactivate, select activate again.

🌟 Tip: to display inactive customers, click on the filter arrows (⇅) and then on “show inactive customers”.
