Access the ADMINISTRATIVE screen by clicking on the icon with three lines.
Click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION.
Click on CANCEL PLAN.
Click on NEX: POS AND COMMERCE MANAGEMENT.
Click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.
Click on NO to indicate that you do not wish to pause the subscription.
Select the REASON FOR CANCELLATION and then click on CONTINUE.
Click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.
Done! 👍 The cancellation has been completed and there will be no new charges on your card.
🌟 Tip: you can also pause the subscription, instead of canceling it, by clicking on PAUSE.
