We've made it easier to transfer guests to new queues after they've been added to the waitlist. Simply click the queue name beneath the guest's name and a dropdown menu will appear. Select the new queue you'd like to assign them to and voila! The guest will be transferred to the new queue without having to go through any additional steps. This can be helpful for businesses with priority triaging needs, multi-queue workflows and those who prefer to assign queues after guests have already joined the waitlist.
