Enabling Location Services to Join the Wait List (iOS)

Step 1: iOS Instructions 0:18

  • If location services are not enabled, you will see a prompt when trying to join the wait list.

  • Click 'Allow' on the prompt.

Step 2: Adjust Location Settings on iOS 0:53

  • In the Safari browser, tap the icon at the bottom left (highlighted in yellow).

  • Tap on the three horizontal dots at the bottom right of the screen.

  • Click on 'Location' to change the setting to 'Allow'.

Enabling Location Services to Join the Wait List (Android)

Step 1: Android Instructions 1:14

  • Similar to iOS, you will see a prompt when trying to join the wait list.

  • Choose 'Allow' on the prompt.

Step 2: Adjust Permissions on Android 1:27

  • Click on the icon highlighted at the top left.

  • Navigate to 'Permissions'.

  • Click on 'Reset Permissions' and then confirm by clicking 'Reset'.

Step 3: Final Prompt on Android 1:59

  • Refresh the page; the phone will ask for permissions again.

  • Select 'Allow' when prompted again.
