iOS Instructions (Safari)

If you've never been asked for location permission on this site, you should see a prompt automatically when you open the page. Click Allow on the prompt. Once location access is allowed, you should be able to join the waitlist when you are within range of the business.

If you previously declined location access, your browser won't ask again automatically. Follow the steps below to adjust your permissions on your iOS browser:
In Safari, tap the icon at the bottom left (highlighted in yellow).
βTap on the three horizontal dots at the bottom right of the screen.

βClick Location and update the setting to Allow.

βRefresh the page and you should be able to join the waitlist when you are within range of the business.
Android Instructions (Chrome)

If you've never been asked for location permission on this site, you should see a prompt automatically when you open the page. Click one of the Allow options on the prompt. Once location access is allowed, you should be able to join the waitlist when you are within range of the business.

If you previously declined location access, your browser won't ask again automatically. Follow the steps below to adjust your permissions on your Android browser:
With the waitlist form open in your browser, tap the browser settings icon at the top left (highlighted in pink).
Click Permissions.
Click Reset Permissions and then confirm by clicking Reset.
Refresh the page and your phone will show you the location prompt. Click one of the Allow options on the prompt. Once location access is allowed, you should be able to join the waitlist when you are within range of the business.

Still Having Trouble?
Make sure Location Services are turned on at the device level, not just the browser level.
On iOS: Settings β Privacy & Security β Location Services (toggle must be green)
On Android: Settings β Location β App permissions β Chrome β set to "Allow only while using the app"
Try refreshing the page after changing any settings.
If you're using a browser other than Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android), try switching to those browsers and repeating the steps. Alternatively, you can look up location access instructions specific to the browser you are using.
If you've tried all of the above and still can't join the waitlist, contact the business directly as they may be able to add you to the waitlist manually.
