What are the requirements?

Your required documents are determined by your legal business structure. Please ensure all uploaded files are clear, uncropped, and non-expired.

Identity Verification (Required for ALL Business Types)

For every business type below, the Individual performing the signup and the business owner must provide:

  • Selfie: A clear, high-resolution photo of your face as instructed on the platform.

  • Valid Identification: See "List of Valid IDs" below.

    • Option A: One (1) Primary ID

    • Option B: Two (2) Secondary IDs

Important: All IDs must be currently valid (not expired).

Primary IDs (Submit 1)

  • Philippine Passport

  • PhilID (National ID)/ePhilID

  • LTO Driver’s License

  • Social Security System (SSS) ID/Unified Multi-Purpose (UMID) ID

  • Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

  • Postal ID (Digitized)

  • Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Voter’s ID

  • Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) e-card/membership ID

  • Philippine National Police (PNP) - Firearms and Explosives Office (FEO) Firearm License

Secondary IDs (Submit 2)

  • National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance

  • Police Clearance

  • Barangay Clearance

  • Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) ID

  • PhilHealth ID

  • Pag-ibig ID (Digitized)

  • Student ID

  • Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA): Certified Copy

    • Birth Certificate

    • Marriage Contract

For Foreigners (Submit 1)

  • Passport

  • Bureau of Immigration (BI) Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)

  • Foreign Driver's License

Unregistered Entities

Unregistered Businesses & Freelancers

  • Proof of Billing Address:

    • The billing name must match the name on the submitted valid ID.

    • Accepted: utility bills, electricity, water, phone, banking statements, or lease contracts (NO waybills)

Registered Individuals (DTI/BIR)

Registered Professionals or Freelancers

  • IF Registered Professional: Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Certificate of Registration or License

  • BIR Certificate of Registration (BIR 2303)

  • DTI Certificate of Registration (if available)

  • Notarized Special Power of Attorney (if the user signing up is an Authorized Signatory)

Registered Small Merchants

  • PSA Certified Birth Certificate

  • Sworn Statement of Income for the Year (Annex “A”)

Sole Proprietors

  • BIR Certificate of Registration (BIR 2303)

  • DTI Business Certificate of Registration

  • Notarized Special Power of Attorney (if the user signing up is an Authorized Signatory)

Registered Corporations & Partnerships (SEC)

One-Person Corporations (OPC)

  • BIR Certificate of Registration (BIR 2303)

  • SEC Certificate of Registration

  • Notarized Special Power of Attorney (if the user signing up is an Authorized Signatory)

Partnerships

  • BIR Certificate of Registration (BIR 2303)

  • SEC Certificate of Registration

  • SEC Articles of Partnership (AOP)

  • Certificate of Partnership Resolution

Corporations

  • BIR Certificate of Registration (BIR 2303)

  • Articles of Incorporation (AOI)

  • Notarized Secretary's Certificate / Board Resolution

Cooperatives

  • Cooperative Development Authority (CDA): Please submit all of the following.

    • Registration

    • Membership Profile

    • Certificate of Good Standing

  • Articles of Incorporation (AOI) / Latest General Information Sheet (GIS)

  • Notarized Secretary’s Certificate / Board Resolution

Local Government Units (LGU)

  • Ordinance for the appointment of the Mayor

  • Budget Allocation (if not stated in the Ordinance)

  • Notarized Special Power of Attorney / Authorization from the Mayor

Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO)

  • BIR Certificate of Registration (BIR 2303)

  • SEC Certificate of Registration

  • One (1) of the following:

    • Articles of Partnership (AOP)

    • Articles of Incorporation (AOI)

    • Association and By-Laws

  • Notarized Secretary’s Certificate/Board Resolution

Foreign Entities

  • Certificate of Registration

  • Secondary License (if available)

  • Articles of Incorporation (AOI)/Partnership (AOP)

  • Latest General Information Sheet (GIS)/Registration Data Sheet

  • Notarized Secretary’s Certificate/Board Resolution
