Past Performance & Content Insertion

Quickly generate tailored past‑performance narratives that align with the current RFP, leveraging stored project write‑ups.

1. From within a Content Workspace or the NextStage for Word Add-in, pick **Past Performance Write‑Up** prompt.

2. Browse your files and/or SharePoint and select the Past Performance files to reference.

3. Click **Submit**; AI crafts a 1‑2 page narrative scored to evaluation factors.

4. In the Content Workspace content to the right of the screenshot below, highlight where you'd like to enter text (e.g., <<Insert Past Perf A>>). Click **Insert** on the lefthand side to replace the highlighted content with the write‑up.

Options

• Adjust tone or length via the rewrite tool after insertion.

Guidelines

• Maintain original contract identifiers for auditor traceability.

• Keep each write‑up under 3,500 characters unless the RFP allows more.

• Tag win themes in comments so Pink/Red teams can validate alignment.
