Prerequisite
Users must have the correct admin permissions to install plugins through the admin center.

Navigate to portal.office365.us
Open the 365 Admin App
Select "Show all"
Expand Settings and select Add-Ins
Select Deploy Add-In
Select "I have a URL for the manifest file".

Finish the prompts and the Add-In is deployed

Installing the Outlook plugin follows same process as above. Please note it may take several minutes for the plugin to appear for users.
