Installing Microsoft Plugins (Outlook and Word) on GCC Tenants

Instructions on installing Outlook and Word plugins for Microsoft 365 GCC High Cloud tenants

Prerequisite

Users must have the correct admin permissions to install plugins through the admin center.

Word

  1. Open the 365 Admin App

  2. Select "Show all"

  3. Expand Settings and select Add-Ins

  4. Select Deploy Add-In

  5. Select "I have a URL for the manifest file".

  6. Finish the prompts and the Add-In is deployed

    Outlook

    Installing the Outlook plugin follows same process as above. Please note it may take several minutes for the plugin to appear for users.
