Who can export pipeline data

Admin access is not required to export pipeline data.

Any user can export as long as they:

  • Have access to the Opportunities Pipeline

  • Can switch to Table view

  • Have visibility to the fields they want to export

  • Can see the Export button

If certain fields are not visible, an admin may need to update field permissions.

How to export your pipeline

  1. Navigate to the Opportunities Pipeline

    • Open your pipeline from the main navigation.

  2. Switch to Table view

    • Use the toggle in the top right to switch from Board view to Table view.

  3. Apply filters

    • Click Add Filter to narrow down the opportunities you want to export.

    • You can filter by criteria such as:

      • Opportunity Type (RFI, RFP, Sources Sought)

      • Stage

      • Customer or Agency

      • Due Date or Submission Date

      • Owner

      • Any custom field your team uses

Filters allow you to export only the data relevant to your current task.

  4. Select the columns you want to export

    • Click the column selector in the top right of the table.

    • Add or remove fields as needed.

Note: Only the columns visible in the table will be included in the export.

  5. Export the data

    • Click Export

    • Choose CSV

    • Open the file in Excel

What the export includes

  • One row per opportunity

  • Only opportunities that match your applied filters

  • Only the fields currently visible in the table

This gives you full control over what data is included in your export.

Common issues and troubleshooting

I do not see certain fields in my export
You can only export fields you have permission to view. Contact an admin if a field is hidden or restricted.

I cannot see all opportunities
Your role may limit opportunity visibility. An admin can confirm access settings.

I do not see the Export button
Confirm you are in Table view. If the issue persists, contact your admin or NextStage support.
