Revenue & Value

These are the fields that drive your pipeline totals and the Revenue Waterfall and Forecast chart. Because they depend on dates, probability, and workshare, they change continuously as opportunities move and details are updated — see the note on live data above.

Field

Definition

Total Contract Value

The entire monetary value of the government contract — all costs, fees, and potential future payments over its full life (not just your company's share).

Company Value

The value of the contract to your company specifically — your expected revenue.

PWin

The probability of winning the opportunity.

Weighted Value

Formula: Company Value × PWin. Your expected revenue adjusted for the likelihood of winning.

Workshare

The percentage of the contract your company will fulfill (relevant on teaming arrangements).

Workshare Weighted Value

Formula: Total Contract Value × Workshare.

On the Revenue Waterfall and Forecast chart specifically, revenue is split into two types: Won Revenue (from opportunities marked Won or Awarded — confirmed bookings) and Forecasted Revenue (probability-weighted revenue from opportunities still Open or Submitted). Revenue for a given year reflects only the portion of the contract's total value allocated to that year's period of performance — so an opportunity's total value is often spread across multiple years, not shown all at once.
