Switching pipelines allows you to view and manage opportunities across different workflows, teams, or business units.
Step 1: Locate the Pipeline Selector
At the top left of the pipeline view, click the pipeline name dropdown.
Step 2: Select a Pipeline
Click the name of the pipeline you want to switch to.
Examples may include:
Commercial Sales
Demo 2025
JV Pipeline
The selected pipeline will immediately load.
Step 3: View Opportunities in the Selected Pipeline
Once selected, the pipeline view will update to show:
The stages in that pipeline
Opportunities assigned to that pipeline
Associated tags and fields
No additional steps are required.
Important Notes
Your workspace may have multiple pipelines for different teams, fiscal years, or workflows.
Each pipeline has its own stages, tags, and settings.
Your ability to view or manage pipelines depends on your user permissions.
