Saved Views allow you to create customized pipeline views based on filters. This makes it easy to focus on specific opportunities, such as those assigned to a capture manager, tagged as high priority, or in a specific stage.
Saved Views help you quickly return to frequently used filtered pipeline views.
Create a Saved View
Step 1: Apply Filters
Navigate to Pipelines.
Click Add a filter and select the filters you want to apply.
Examples include:
Capture Manager
Tags
Opportunity Type
Stage
Archive Status
Custom fields
Adjust filters until the pipeline shows exactly what you want.
Step 2: Click Create View
Click Create View next to the filter controls.
Enter a name for the view and click Save.
Your saved view will now appear in the saved view selector.
Use a Saved View
To use a saved view:
Click Select a saved view next to the pipeline name.
Choose the saved view you want.
The pipeline will automatically update to reflect the saved filters.
Set a Default View
You can set any saved view as your default.
Step 1: Open the Saved View
Select the saved view you want.
Step 2: Click the Star Icon
Click the star icon next to the pipeline name.
NextStage will now open this saved view automatically when you visit the Pipelines page.
Edit a Saved View
Step 1: Select the Saved View
Open the saved view you want to modify.
Step 2: Adjust Filters
Add or remove filters as needed.
Step 3: Click Update View
Click Update View.
Select Update the existing view, then click Save.
The saved view will now reflect your changes.
Delete a Saved View
Step 1: Select the Saved View
Open the saved view you want to delete.
Step 2: Click Update View
Click Update View.
Step 3: Delete the View
Select Delete the existing view, then confirm.
