The Pipeline Table View allows you to view your opportunities in a structured table format. This makes it easier to filter, customize columns, export data, and quickly access opportunity notes.
Step 1: Navigate to the Pipeline Page
Log into NextStage and navigate to your Pipeline.
You will see your opportunities displayed in the default Board View.
Step 2: Switch to Table View
In the upper right corner of the Pipeline page, click the Table View icon.
This will switch your pipeline from Board View to Table View.
Step 3: View Opportunities in Table Format
Once enabled, your opportunities will display in a table with rows and columns.
Each row represents an opportunity, and each column represents a data field such as:
Opportunity Name
NextStage ID
Stage
RFP Release Date
Company Value
Award Date
Description
Custom Fields
Step 4: Filter Opportunities (Optional)
You can filter opportunities to focus on specific records.
To apply a filter:
Click the Add a filter button
Select the field you want to filter by
Select the values you want to include
The table will automatically update to show only matching opportunities.
Step 5: Customize Table Columns
You can choose which fields appear in the table.
To customize columns:
Click the Columns icon in the top right corner of the table
Select or deselect the fields you want to display
The table will immediately update to reflect your selections.
Step 6: Save Your Table View (Optional)
If you want to reuse your filters and column selections:
Click the Create View button
Enter a name for your view
Save the view
This allows you to quickly return to your customized table configuration.
Step 7: Export Table Data
You can export your table data for reporting or analysis.
To export:
Apply your desired filters and column selections
Click the Export icon
Only the visible columns and filtered opportunities will be included in the export.
Step 8: Access and Add Notes from Table View
You can quickly access or add notes directly from Table View.
To open Notes:
Click the Notes icon next to an opportunity
This will open the Notes panel on the right side.
Step 9: Add a Note
In the Notes panel:
Enter your note
Click Add Note
Your note will automatically save to the opportunity.
