Opportunity Summary Page

Locating the Opportunity Summary Page

If you click into any opportunity in your pipeline, you will land on the opportunity's Summary page.

Editing the Summary Template

To customize the layout of the Summary page:

Click Edit summary template in the top right corner.


Editing Existing Sections

To modify an existing section:

Click Edit on any section.


Adding a New Section

To create a new section:


The Add a section text box and Add Section button at the top of the Summary page.


Adding Custom Fields

To add a custom field:

Click Edit summary template, then click Edit on a section.

Click Add field.


Reordering Sections and Fields

You can drag and drop sections or fields to rearrange them.


Exiting Edit Mode

Once finished, click Exit edit mode.


Using the Legacy Summary View

To switch to the original Summary layout:

Click Use legacy summary.


Returning to the New Summary View

To switch back to the new Summary layout:

Click Use new summary.


Summary

The Opportunity Summary page allows you to:

  • View opportunity details

  • Customize layout

  • Add custom fields

  • Organize sections

  • Support your capture and proposal workflows
