The Save and Pass features allow you to quickly review opportunities and indicate whether they are relevant to your organization. This helps your team track which opportunities are worth pursuing and which have already been reviewed.

How to Save or Pass an Opportunity

When you click on an opportunity in the Market Research results, you will see the Save and Pass buttons at the top of the opportunity details.

  • Click Save to mark the opportunity as relevant or worth further review.

  • Click Pass to mark the opportunity as not relevant to your organization.

Once selected, the opportunity will display a Saved or Passed label along with the name of the user and date.

This helps your team understand who reviewed the opportunity and the decision that was made.

Viewing Saved and Passed Opportunities

You can filter opportunities using the Review Status dropdown located above the search results.

The available options include:

All Opportunities
Shows all opportunities regardless of review status.

Not Reviewed
Shows opportunities that have not yet been marked as Saved or Passed.

Saved
Shows only opportunities marked as Saved.

Passed
Shows only opportunities marked as Passed.

Why This Feature Matters

Using Save and Pass helps your team:

  • Track which opportunities have already been reviewed

  • Avoid duplicate effort across your team

  • Focus on relevant opportunities

  • Improve capture planning and pipeline organization

Saved opportunities can also be added directly to your pipeline for further capture and proposal development.
