Access the Market Research Tool
To get started:
Click Market Research from the left navigation menu.
Click Search.
This will open the Market Research workspace, where you can select different data sources and integrations.
Using the GovWin Integration
If your organization has the GovWin integration enabled, you can access GovWin opportunities directly from NextStage.
To use GovWin:
Click the Source dropdown at the top of the search screen.
Select GovWin.
You can now search GovWin opportunities using:
Keywords
GovWin Opportunity IDs
Filters such as Agency, NAICS, or Dates
Click on any opportunity to view full details, including description, solicitation information, and source links.
Verify GovWin Integration Status
If GovWin opportunities are not appearing, verify that the integration is connected.
To check integration status:
Click Admin from the left navigation menu.
Locate the GovWin Integration section.
Confirm the status shows Connected.
If the integration is not connected, contact your administrator or NextStage support.
Using Task Order Integrations (GSA eBuy, CIO-SP3, Email Sources)
Task Order integrations allow you to view and manage opportunities from connected contract vehicles and email sources.
To access Task Orders:
Click the Source dropdown.
Select Task Orders.
Select a Task Order Source
Once in Task Orders:
Click the Task Order Sources dropdown.
Select your desired source, such as:
GSA eBuy
CIO-SP3
Other connected contract vehicles
Email task order sources
The results will automatically update based on the selected source.
Search and Add Task Orders to Your Pipeline
After selecting a source, you can:
Search using keywords
Apply filters
Open opportunities to view details
Click Add to Pipeline to track the opportunity
Adding opportunities to your pipeline allows your team to manage capture and proposal activities within NextStage.
Troubleshooting Integrations
If opportunities are not appearing:
Verify the integration is connected in the Admin page
Confirm your organization has access to the contract vehicle or integration
Refresh the page or update filters
If issues persist, contact NextStage support.
