How the Integration Works
Once configured, NextStage will:
Automatically monitor your assigned eBuy SINs
Import new eBuy opportunities nightly
Make eBuy opportunities searchable within Market Research
Allow you to convert eBuy opportunities directly into pipeline opportunities
This ensures your capture team has real-time visibility into relevant GSA task order activity.
Step 1: Add NextStage as a Point of Contact in eBuy
To enable the integration, you must add NextStage as a Point of Contact (POC) for each SIN you want monitored.
Instructions
Log in to your GSA eBuy account
Click Profile in the top right corner
Select Add a new POC to a Category
Complete the form using the eBuy Email address found in your NextStage Admin portal
Important requirements:
All required fields must be completed
The phone number field can contain any valid phone number
The email address must match the NextStage eBuy Email exactly
This step authorizes NextStage to access eBuy opportunities associated with your SINs.
Step 2: Automatic Opportunity Sync
After adding the NextStage POC:
NextStage will begin syncing eBuy opportunities automatically
New opportunities are imported nightly
No additional action is required
Your team will begin seeing relevant eBuy task orders in Market Research.
Step 3: Viewing eBuy Opportunities in NextStage
To access imported eBuy opportunities:
Navigate to Market Research
Locate the Source dropdown to the right of the search bar
Select eBuy
This will display all eBuy opportunities associated with your organization’s SINs.
From there, you can:
Review opportunity details
Track opportunities
Convert opportunities into pipeline records
Begin capture and proposal workflows

Troubleshooting
If opportunities are not appearing:
Confirm the NextStage POC was added to the correct SIN(s)
Verify the eBuy Email matches the email in your NextStage Admin portal
Allow up to 24 hours for the first sync
Ensure your eBuy account has access to active SIN categories
