Once you've added the Directory Sync Add-On to your plan, NextStage will send your IT point of contact integration instructions.
Custom Role Mapping for Granular Access Control
Once you're ready to provision users, NextStage uses the following mapping to translate directory groups to the NextStage predefined roles:
NextStage Admin: Users assigned to this group are granted full administrative privileges, providing them with comprehensive control over the NextStage environment.
NextStage Member: This role is designed for general users who will be able to use NextStage core features, but will not be able to modify Workspace settings, templates, and other customizations.
NextStage Analyst: Tailored for users who require access to analytics and reporting features, enabling them to derive insights and make informed decisions.
NextStage View Only: Ideal for users who need to view data and reports without the ability to edit or manipulate the information.
Depending on your Directory provider, you will have to create these Groups and assign users to them.
This mapping ensures that each user is granted access rights that are perfectly aligned with their role and responsibilities within the organization, thereby enhancing security and operational efficiency.
