Locating a customer or contract in Access PaySuite is often required when checking a customer’s status or reviewing details linked to their Direct Debit contract.
Identify and view a customer record
Click the Direct Debits tab on the left hand side.
Under the Customers/Contracts panel, click on Search customers on the right.
Enter the customer’s name, bank reference or any other identifying details.
Use the Filter icon to refine the search and apply any relevant filters.
Select Include archived customers to display archived records.
Click the correct customer record to view their details and payment information.
