It may be necessary to review a customer’s payment activity to confirm previous collections, check the status of any unpaid items or identify upcoming pending payments. Accessing the customer’s Payment History allows you to see all Direct Debit collections linked to their contract, including amounts, dates and current payment statuses.

In addition, the Transaction History section within Reports & Analytics provides a consolidated view of all Direct Debit transactions across customers. It allows you to search and filter transactions by reference, status, or due date, and to review amounts, due dates, and payment statuses for reporting and reconciliation purposes.

View an individual customer's payment history

  1. Click the Direct Debits tab on the left hand side.

  2. From the Customers/Contracts panel, click on Search customers on the right.

  3. Enter the customer’s name, bank reference, or other identifying details.

  4. Use the Filter icon to refine the search and apply any relevant filters.

  5. Select Include archived customers if you need to display archived records.

  6. Click the customer’s record to view their details.

  7. Select the Payments Tab.

  8. Under Payment History, review all previous and upcoming collections.

📌Note: Payment statuses (Paid, Unpaid, Pending) rely on bank processing times, so updates may not appear immediately. A pending status simply means the payment has been requested but has not yet been confirmed by the bank.
