There may be times when you need to clear the cookies and cache in your internet browser, for example if you’re unable to log in to Access PaySuite or if pages are loading slowly. Follow the steps below based on the browser you use.
Google Chrome
Click the three‑dot menu and select Settings.
Select Security and Privacy.
Click Clear browsing data.
From the Time range drop‑down menu, select All time.
Select Cached images and files.
For login issues, also tick Cookies and other site data.
Click Clear data.
Microsoft Edge
Click the three‑dot menu and select Settings.
Select Privacy, search and services.
Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
Select Cookies and saved website data and Cached images and files.
Click Clear.
You can also quickly open the Clear browsing data window in both Chrome and Edge by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard.
