Within this area, you will be able to:
A read-only history of all system-generated communications queued for this customer.
Each entry shows the date the communication was created, the communication type, the delivery status and the full message body.
Resend any communication directly from the list.
To view the Communications Tab:
Under Customers/Contracts section, within the search bar, enter the customer’s name, bank reference or other identifying details.
Click the Filter icon to find the customer’s record.
Click on the relevant customer.
Select the Communications tab.
To view details of a letter/email:
Find the relevant entry in the table.
Click on eye icon.
To resend details of a letter/email:
Find the relevant entry in the table.
Click on the resend arrow icon.
Select Resend.
