The Payments tab shows a history of all manual payment status changes applied to this customer's payments. This includes what status was set, the date and the user who made the change.
To view the Payments Tab:
Under Customers/Contracts section, within the search bar, enter the customer’s name, bank reference or other identifying details.
Click the Filter icon to find the customer’s record.
Click on the relevant customer.
Select the Payments Tab.
