Hosted Emails are built into Nexuscale, so you do not need Google Workspace or external SMTP tools. Create inboxes, assign them to campaigns, and scale sending from one dashboard.

Each mailbox is billed at $3 per mailbox per month.

Creating a New Hosted Email

Go to Hosted Emails → New Email

You will see the following fields:

1. Email Address

Enter the mailbox prefix only.

Example:
If you enter:

firstname

And your selected domain is:

mycompany.co

The final email address will be:

firstname@mycompany.co

You only enter the part before the @ symbol.

2. Domain

Select one of your connected and verified domains.

Only domains that are properly configured inside Nexuscale will appear here.

If your domain is not visible:

  • Make sure it has been added

  • Ensure DNS records are verified

3. Display Name (Optional)

This is the sender name recipients will see in their inbox.

Examples:

  • Kevin

  • Kevin from MyCompany

  • Sales Team

  • Support

If left blank, Nexuscale will default to the mailbox name.

4. Daily Send Limit

Set the maximum number of emails this inbox can send per day.

Recommended limits:

  • 30 to 50 per day for new inboxes

  • 50+ per day for warmed inboxes

Increasing limits too aggressively can hurt deliverability. Scaling is best done by adding more inboxes.
