Use the Rankings Report, accessed from the Reports page, to compare current quarter performance across metros.
The Reports page offers several different types of market-based reports and is divided into 3 sections: Batch Data Files, Metro/Regional Reports, and National Reports. The center section, Metro/Regional Reports, provides the best insight at the market-level for various data points.
Specifically, the Rankings Report provides a rank order comparison of key metrics by property type and geography for the current quarter. Use the drop-downs to specify the type of Markets and Region you would like to analyze.
Additionally, the Metro Markets Report provides a market overview by property type of supply and demand metrics, including existing inventory, occupancy, construction levels, rate growth and absorption trends for the current quarter in PDF format. Use the "Select Metro" drop-down to choose your desired market.
