Both the Property Information Report and the Site Information Report are available in the Local Property Search and provide access to demographic data.
The Property Information Report is used when accessing demographic data around an existing property. To access this report, click a Property Name in the Property List to the left of the map or click the View Property Information Report link in the property pin pop-up window directly on the map. This report displays demographic information within a 5 and 10-mile radius of the selected property in addition to county and metro demographics.
The Site Information Report is used when accessing demographic data around an address. To access this report, click the Black Star pin on the map and then click the View Site Information Report link in the property pin pop-up window. This report displays demographic information within a 5 and 10-mile radius of the selected address in addition to county and metro demographics.
