"Protected" or "No Data" Information

When viewing a Property Advisor Report, data points may be inaccessible due to NIC MAP data restrictions. Inaccessible data will read "Protected" or "No Data."

Protected indicates that a particular data point does not meet our minimum data requirements to be shown. A minimum of four (4) properties must report data on any particular data point to be displayed. Adding additional properties to your search will increase the likelihood that the four (4) property minimum is met.

No data indicates that for that particular data point, there are no properties in your selected area with that product type and therefore the data cannot be reported.
