Annual Rent Growth is reported in the CBSA Trends and County Trends Reports. You can access these reports by clicking Reports on the left navigation pane and then Batch Data Files. You can download these reports in Excel and Annual Rent Growth is located in column W.
Another option to access annual rent growth is through using the Trends tool. Select your filters and then hit Display Data.
You can then download this data to Excel or PDF. You will see Annual Rent Growth in column W.
