There are two locations to access Walk Score data. Visit the Reports tab and then select Property Inventory report under Batch Data Files. This data file provides a list of all open, expansion, and new construction properties, and includes the Walk Score of each community within your geographical coverage.
When you download the excel document it shows Walk score for each property in column BD.
Another option is to use the Local Property Search and search for a specific market or address. Enter your location in the search bar in the upper left-hand corner and then click search or enter.
This will bring up a list of properties in the area on the left-hand side which you can hit the expand button to see the walk score as well as other property info.
You can also click a specific property pin and this will open a small property window with the address, open date, and walk score in the upper left-hand corner.
