In Phase 6, we dive into scheduling in NikoHealth. A NikoHealth expert will deliver an overview of the system's Scheduling Hub in the desktop interface. You'll learn how to create Service Center hours, and how to add a teammate's working hours with scheduling blocks, if necessary. We'll also explain how to schedule an appointment and take a look at the system Calendar.
After scheduling, we'll explore the NikoHealth Mobile App. You'll learn how the Scheduling Hub works in our app, as well as the mobile features for the Calendar, how to dispense items, patient signatures and documents on mobile, and order completion.
