How Training Works

Updated over 3 months ago

We've developed a blended approach to training that gives YOU control and flexibility, while still ensuring we provide personalized, live support to get everything just right.

Training in Phases

Your training experience is broken down into phases. Each phase is focused on a specific part of NikoHealth:

  • Phase 1: Onboarding and System Setup

  • Phase 2: Patients and Customization

  • Phase 3: Order Creation and Completion

  • Phase 4: Managing Inventory and Resupply

  • Phase 5: Resupply and Outreach Campaigns

  • Phase 6: Scheduling and NikoHealth's Mobile App

  • Phase 7: Billing to Payment Overview

The sequence of these training phases guides you through setting up NikoHealth for the way you work, and then learning how to use the system for your day-to-day tasks in the most efficient and productive way possible.

Your Schedule, Our Support

Our hybrid training balances your need for schedule flexibility and personalized support. Each training phase follows a 3-step process: Learn-Try-Ask

  1. Learn: Access on-demand videos of NikoHealth experts walking you through each component of the system. Our engaging product wizards are also DME experts, and deliver best-practices for learning and using the system. Late at night, during lunch... whatever works best for you. Digital, self-paced learning means you can pause, rewind, and rewatch as much as you need.

  2. Try: Passive observation won't help you learn. We want you constantly trying and doing! Each training phase includes a checklist of actions/steps we want you to try in NikoHealth after you work through the digital content. Feeling stuck? Additional mini videos and tutorials are linked to each checklist item so you can quickly get answers, deepen your understanding, and immediately apply what you learn.

  3. Ask: Now that you've spent time learning and trying, you're going to have specific, nuanced questions only a NikoHealth expert can answer. Each training phase includes live discussion where you'll have the chance to ask your Project Manager those complex questions, troubleshoot any challenges you faced, and get advice tailored to your use cases.
