Deleting Internal Application Notes

Why Delete Internal Application Notes?

Internal application notes are a great way to document information, but sometimes they need to be updated or removed entirely—especially if they’re outdated or created by mistake.

Permissions

Application notes can be deleted by the author and all Super Admins.

How to Delete Application Notes

Internal application notes are visible on the candidate application quick view and full application. Click the trash icon to delete internal application notes.

Deleting Attachments

Why Delete Attachments?

Attachments, such as supplemental documents, might need to be removed if they’re outdated, irrelevant, or uploaded in error.

Permissions

Admin-uploaded attachments can be deleted by the uploader and Super Admins. Candidate-uploaded attachments cannot be deleted by administrators.

How to Delete Attachments

Attachments are visible on the candidate application quick view and full application. Click the trash icon to delete admin-uploaded attachments.

The deletion action will appear in the application's Activity Feed for future reference.

Deleting Forms

Why Delete Forms?

Forms are essential for gathering information, but you might need to remove outdated forms or errors.

Permissions

Completed forms can be deleted by the uploader and Super Admins.

How to Delete Forms

Forms are visible on the candidate application quick view and full application. Click the trash icon to delete completed forms.

The deletion action will appear in the application's Activity Feed for future reference.

Deleting Incomplete Tasks

Why Delete Incomplete Tasks?

Tasks that are no longer relevant or were created by mistake can clutter your and candidates' task lists. Deleting them helps maintain a clear to-do list.

Permissions

Super and District Admins can delete incomplete tasks. Tasks linked to forms cannot be deleted manually but are automatically removed when the associated form is deleted.

How to Delete Tasks

Tasks are visible on the candidate application quick view and full application. Click the trash icon to delete tasks.
