Overview

Structured interviews can reduce bias in the screening process and ensure that you’re truly evaluating the candidate competencies that matter most! Nimble offers users the ability to create a structured and consistent interview process by leveraging scorecards to organize questions, document notes and review feedback from all participants. These scorecards can also be sent via email in order to capture feedback from the entire interview team.

Requesting candidate feedback

Once you’ve created the scorecard templates you’d like to use in settings, you and other users can access these scorecards while conducting interviews and gathering feedback. Remember, your teammate does not need a Nimble account to complete a Nimble scorecard.

To request feedback for a candidate you can send a scorecard request via email. To do this, navigate to a candidate's quick view or full profile and click the scorecard icon directly under the candidates contact information — the one that looks like a clipboard with a check mark.

From there you can select the gray button on the left that is labeled Scorecard Request.

When you click the +Scorecard Request, you’ll have the ability to select a specific scorecard template, add the recipient email address(es) (or names if they are Nimble users) and a note before pressing send.

Each recipient will receive an email with a link to the scorecard you've selected and you will see the status of your pending request on the scorecard summary modal, where you can also send a reminder email. Note that the candidate’s application attachments will be attached to the email that the reviewer receives.

When they’ve successfully completed a scorecard you'll be able to view the scorecard on the scorecard summary modal, alongside the other scorecards for that candidate.
