Overview

Nimble offers users more insight into candidate preferences by inviting the candidate to add optional preference information to their profile. Candidate preferences include details like availability, job category preference, and more.

Viewing candidate preferences

After submitting applications, candidates can opt to include additional preference information on their profile. Users can access these candidate details on a candidate’s full profile or quick view, as well as in the filters section on the Candidate List.

Candidate preferences include:

School Type - Candidate can select No Preference, Preferred or Not Preferred regarding whether they want to work at a Multilingual School, Title I School and/or a Turnaround School.

Grade Level - Candidate can select any and all grade levels preferred.

Job Category - Candidates can select any and all job categories preferred.

Availability - Candidates can select preferred availability which includes full time, part time and hours per week.

Filtering by preference

Users can now leverage candidate preferences to find the right candidates for the right roles by using the preference filters on the candidate list. The new filters will help provide insight into whether the candidate is the right match based on information like the candidate’s grade level preference, availability and/or whether they want to work in a specific type of school.

In this section, users can filter for School Type preferences (Multilingual, Title I and/or Turnaround), Grade Level preferences, Job Category preferences or Candidate availability.

Note: Adding preferences is optional, so not all candidates will have preference details associated with their account. For candidates without this data, they will not be returned when the filter is on.
