Updating Your Account Information
If you ever need to update your account information it’s easy to do. Follow the instructions below to adjust your Nine Ad Manager settings.
Step 1: click on the user icon
The first step while logged into the platform is to click on the user icon (that's your name) in the top right corner, a dropdown option will appear.
Step 2: click profile
Click the profile tab to open the account management page. You’ll be taken to the profile summary page.
Step 3: click edit
To edit your account details, click “Edit”. A pop up will appear where you can update your information ( Full Name, Industry, Country, Company Name )
Note: If you need to change your email address to login to the platform email us at support@nineadmanager.com.au informing us of the change request or raise a chat message.
Billing information
When buying your first campaign you will be asked to provide billing information. This information is used to process your payment. You can adjust and update your billing information anytime by selecting the billing tab in your profile and click "Edit".
