Draft Campaigns
Nine Ad Manager has a Campaigns tab which lets you see all the campaigns you have created in draft or which have been submitted. You can click into each campaign and edit or cancel your campaign at any time. Additionally, campaigns in 'Draft' status can be deleted freely, giving you control over campaigns that are not yet been completed.
In Nine Ad Manager, a campaign’s status determines what actions you can perform:
Draft Campaigns: These campaigns can be edited or deleted without restrictions as they have not gone live yet.
Live Campaigns: Live campaigns cannot be deleted to maintain campaign history and data for reporting. Instead, options such as pausing or canceling are available.
To manage live campaigns effectively, consider these alternatives to deleting:
Pause the Campaign: Temporarily halt activity while retaining the option to resume later.
Cancel the Campaign: Permanently end the campaign, stopping impressions and charges but keeping records accessible.
Live Campaigns
For the campaigns that are currently live, you can also see campaign reporting in the Reports tab. Reporting dashboards show campaign delivery information and if you have set up conversion event tracking with the Nine Ad Manager pixel you can also see how your campaign is performing. Note that live campaigns cannot be deleted to ensure transparency and data integrity, but you can either pause or cancel them to stop activity.
