How long does it take for the Nine Ad Manager team to approve my creative?

Nine Ad Manager Creative Review Process

All Creatives uploaded to a pending or live campaign will be approved or rejected by the Nine Ad Manager team within 3 days. Edits to existing creatives do not reset the standard approval countdown, allowing the original 3-day timeline from the date of initial submission to remain in place.

Edits to ad creatives will be reviewed within the residual period of the initial timeline, rather than resetting the review process. Please ensure all edits are made well in advance to avoid delays.

Creative Approved

Your campaign status will change to "All creatives approved' once reviewed and approved by the team and then your campaign will be ready to start. The campaign will remain in a pending status until start date of the campaign occurs this will then change the campaign status from "Pending" to "Live"

When uploading new creatives, ensure they comply with platform policies and requirements to avoid potential delays during the review process. Proper planning enhances timely campaign launches. Full creative approval policy can be found here as well as a list of creative examples of past campaigns.

Creative Rejected

You will be informed via email if your creative does not meet the Advertising Creative Acceptance Policy, This email will contain more information on why your ad has been rejected.

Once the payment for your campaign has been processed, further changes to the ad creative will not be permitted. Carefully review and finalize your creative before making a payment such as the destination URL and Creative name.

For AI videos they cannot be edited once approved - you would need to go into the editor and make a copy of your video located within your creative history (please note creative history will save all edits/generations from the last 30 days)

The Creative review will ensure that all ads adhere to Nines advertising creative acceptance policy This process carefully evaluates each submission to maintain compliance with advertising standards and operational efficiency, enhancing the approval process for smoother ad campaign management.
